The two story medical complex includes 40,000 sf of medical space with a 40 car covered parking garage which encircle a natural courtyard. The complex houses numerous medical support functions for Baylor Medical Foundation at the Irving Campus. The deep overhang creates a natural solar screening for the ground floor suites and the sloping copper metal roofing producing the complex name. The walkways encircle the center courtyard that captures the natural terrain and vegetation creating a split level structure allowing for a 40 car covered parking garage at the lower portion of the complex.
