first commission in 1965 and completed in 1968, the110,000 s.f. ten story office building with a full basement, two story parking garage and a roof top heli-port (first in ft. worth) has withstood the test of time. it has a pre-cast double tee floor system and cast in place concrete structure.  Special note: this building was one of the few which survived the tornado to hit Downtown Fort Worth.
